We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. In some instances, especially during busy periods (Christmas etc), dispatch will be in 48 hrs . This may be longer if you have chosen to pay by cheque. Please note dispatch is not delivery, it is when we send your order out.
An order will not be dispatched until all items are ready, should you require part of your order immediately please order those items separately.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class or Courier. In the case of Courier a signature is required so please send the item to somewhere it can reliably signed for.
While we do our best to dispatch items quickly we cannot be responsible for the delays due to the postal system or courier service. We will make every endeavour to follow up on lost or delayed parcels. Please remember delays may occur during peak holiday season.
We are able to supply our items to customers outside the UK, but please contact us for the shipping costs. This site only supports direct orders inside the UK. International shipping is by Airmail for lighter items, or courier for heavier/higher value items. A signature may be required on receipt. Delivery times will vary depending on destination country but are typically 4-5 days. Imports into your country may be subject to import duty if you are not within the EU. You are liable for any duties that may be imposed.
If you no longer require an item please let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel your order, however if the item has already been dispatched we will refund the cost of said item when returned to us but you will be liable for postage.
Goods may be returned for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receipt on condition that the item is returned unused and in it’s original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us that you are returning the item and put a note in the parcel explaining how you would like us to proceed so as to avoid delays in dealing with your return. Returns postage will be refunded.
Overseas customers returning goods from outside the EU please note that the packaging containing the returned goods must be clearly marked RETURNED GOODS. Failure to do so may cause custom charges to be applied to the returned consignment. In the event of this occurring A World of Magic Myth and Legend may at its discretion deduct the charge from any refund due. In the unlikely event of any goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
